Cookie policy

1. What cookies are
Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser to remember information about your visit. Other technologies, such as the browser's local storage, work in a similar way.
2. What this website uses
Necessary, no permission needed. Stored only in your browser, never leaves it:
- Your cookie choice (
localStorage, keykaiori-cookies): so we don't ask you again. Lasts 12 months. - Assistant conversation (
sessionStorage): keeps the chat messages so they aren't lost when you change page. Deleted when you close the tab.
Analytics, only if you accept. If you click “Accept” on the banner, Google Analytics (Google Ireland Limited) is loaded, which may store cookies such as _ga and _ga_…. They tell us how many people visit the website, which pages they see and for how long, without identifying you by name. They last up to 2 years.
If you click “Reject” or don't choose, nothing from Google is loaded.
3. What we don't use
We don't use advertising, ad personalisation or social media cookies, and we don't track you across websites. Fonts, images and videos are served from this website itself, without going through third parties.
4. Changing your choice
You can change it whenever you like. If you withdraw permission, analytics cookies are deleted and the page reloads.
5. Managing them from your browser
You can also view, block or delete cookies and storage for any website in your browser settings. If you block session storage, the chat will still work, but the conversation will be lost when you change page.
6. When you leave the website
If you click a link to WhatsApp, Gmail, Outlook or a client's website, those sites may use their own cookies, under their own policies.
7. Changes
If we change the cookies we use, we will update this page and its date, and ask for your permission again if needed.
